Job summary

HYF Medical Center is seeking an Insurance Coordinator in Dubai to manage eligibility checks, pre-authorizations, and claims processing. You will coordinate with TPAs and insurers, verify coverage, and support patients with insurance-related questions.

Applicants should have UAE healthcare insurance knowledge and 2–4 years in insurance coordination, with strong Excel skills. This full-time role offers UAE-standard benefits and a visa sponsorship where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in medical insurance, healthcare administration, insurance coordination or claims processing.
• Experience in UAE medical centers, hospitals or clinics is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE healthcare insurance system and TPAs.
• Experience with pre-authorization, claims submission, rejection management and insurance reconciliation.
• Familiarity with HIS, EMR, insurance portals or medical billing systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Verify patient insurance eligibility and coverage before appointments.
• Submit pre-authorization requests and track approvals.
• Prepare and submit medical insurance claims; follow up on denials.
• Coordinate with TPAs and insurance companies on eligibility, approvals and payments.
• Maintain accurate insurance records and regular reports for management.
