Ideal candidates should be UAE Nationals with a medical or paramedical background, have at least 3 years of experience in healthcare insurance, and possess strong analytical and communication skills in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare insurance or RCM roles.
• Strong understanding of medical coding, insurance processes, and approvals.
