Metabolic is seeking a Performance & Growth Manager in Dubai to lead a high‑performing team and own the full patient acquisition journey—from first impression to booked appointment and retention. Qualifications

• 5-8 years in Growth or Performance Marketing
• Experience driving patient/consumer acquisition in healthcare
• Hands-on management of paid media budgets with measurable outcomes
• Experience designing lead nurture and conversion workflows across channels

Responsibilities

• Translate commercial objectives into a quarterly growth roadmap across paid, organic, and partnerships channels
• Directly manage and develop a team of growth marketers with clear performance standards
• Own omnichannel paid and organic strategies across Meta, Google, TikTok, and SEO
• Build and maintain a robust tracking and measurement framework for all paid channels
• Design structured lead nurture workflows across SMS, WhatsApp, and email
• Maintain sub-5-minute response targets for new inbound leads
• Drive Lead-to-Booking conversions and reduce no-show rates
• Collaborate with Content, Medical, Product/Tech, and Finance for accurate messaging
