Metabolic.Health is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing in Dubai, UAE. This senior leadership role drives growth across multiple markets, starting with the UAE and UK and expanding to the US as the company scales.

You will own the patient acquisition engine end-to-end, from first digital impression to booked appointments, across every market served. You will shape a scalable, data-driven growth roadmap, oversee paid media on Meta, Google, and TikTok, guide SEO with the Marketing team, and build

Responsibilities

• Define and drive growth strategy across markets from UAE to US.
• Own top-line targets and justify marketing spend by revenue.
• Oversee omnichannel paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok) and ROAS.
• Manage analytics stack and first‑party data tracking (GA4, CRM).
• Lead and scale the Growth Marketing team with cross‑functional partners.
• Provide Executive reporting on growth metrics and market share.
