Job summary

Mediclinic Al Ain Hospital in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Health Care Assistant to support licensed staff in delivering patient care within regulatory guidelines and quality and patient safety standards.

The role focuses on basic patient care, assistance with central sterile supply, upholding patient rights, rounds participation, unit administration, and ongoing training. UAE experience is beneficial; Diploma as Health Care Assistant or equivalent is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma as Health Care Assistant or equivalent.
• Inpatient hospital or OPD setting as Health Care Assistant.
• UAE experience would be beneficial.
• Advanced computer literacy, numerical literacy and knowledge of CSSD basics.
• Manual handling and ergonomic principles; strong communication skills and client service orientation.

Responsibilities
