Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, health informatics, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in data analytics with at least 3 years in healthcare.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of healthcare data.
• Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, data engineers and data scientists.
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to develop data-driven strategies.
• Identify opportunities for data analytics to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and metrics.
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
• Work with IT, clinical, and operational teams to meet data needs.
