Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a healthcare setting.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Data Management and Analysis: Oversee collection, storage, and analysis of healthcare data.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, data engineers and data scientists.
• Strategic Planning: Develop data-driven strategies with stakeholders and monitor KPIs.
• Reporting and Visualization: Create reports and dashboards for stakeholders and communicate insights clearly.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with IT, clinical, and operations teams to meet data needs.
