Job summary

SEHA - Abu Dhabi Health Services Co. seeks an experienced Health Centre Manager to lead clinic operations across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. You will provide strategic and operational leadership, drive performance, and ensure high-quality patient care within SEHA policies and regulatory standards.

You will build relationships with physicians, facilities, insurers, and stakeholders, while guiding marketing, business development and staff development to sustain clinic growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Management, Clinical degree or relevant field OR Diploma in relevant field with 3 years of additional experience
• Masters degree or equivalent in Finance, Business Management, Healthcare Management, Clinical degree or relevant field

Responsibilities

• Drive clinic operational performance and ensure achievement of quarterly and annual business objectives.
• Analyze operational and business outcomes to identify improvement opportunities and enhance overall clinic performance.
• Implement standardized management practices in accordance with SEHA policies and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure compliance with SEHA, HAAD, quality standards, KPIs, and all legislative requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, consultants, SEHA facilities, hospitals, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
• Lead local marketing and business development initiatives by monitoring market trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Enhance patient experience and clinic reputation by maintaining high service standards and building positive community relationships.
• Oversee quality and risk management programs to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality healthcare services.
• Manage and develop clinic staff, including onboarding, performance management, training, coaching, and succession planning.
• Promote effective communication and problem-solving across departments, ensuring efficient operations and timely resolution of organizational challenges.

Education
