Job summary

Fundamental Hospitality in Dubai is seeking an experienced Head Waitress for its Little Mykonos at Sirene by GAIA concept. You will lead the floor service, ensure flawless guest experiences and uphold the venue's elevated standards during peak hours.

You will train and motivate the service team, maintain expert knowledge of the menu and beverages, and collaborate with management to optimise guest flow and presentation across the venue.

Qualifications

• Previous Head Waitress or similar role in a high-end restaurant, luxury hospitality, or nightlife environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service and guest experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a service team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the service team on shift, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Oversee the service of an assigned section and ensure consistently high standards.
• Welcome and engage with guests, creating a warm and memorable experience.
• Coordinate closely with the Management and Reception teams to ensure smooth guest flow and table management.
• Ensure all service standards, procedures, and presentation guidelines are consistently followed.
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests or concerns with professionalism and discretion.
• Support the training and development of Waiters and other service team members.
• Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, beverages, and current promotions.
• Assist management with maintaining the energy and service standards of the venue throughout the evening.
