Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in hospitality or related field; up to two years of experience preferred.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Familiar with Micros POS is desirable; leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Kitchen, Stewarding and Outlet Cashiers for smooth operations.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the team per SOPs.
• Monitor duty schedules for the team.
• Maintain the appearance and grooming of staff.
• Ensure timely setup of the Food & Beverage outlet per meal settings and hours.
• Welcome and seat arriving guests in absence of hostess.
• Maintain professional and friendly relations with patrons.
• Be familiar with the outlet's menu and promotions.
• Help meet and maximize monthly revenue for the outlet.
