Qualifications

• Experience leading a valet or concierge team in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Strong communication and guestservice skills.
• Familiarity with property management systems and valet software.
• Valid UAE driving license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the valet team, ensure grooming and service protocols.
• Coordinate shift rotas and peak-hour deployment to minimize wait times.
• Oversee traffic flow at hotel entrance and safe vehicle handling.
• Maintain logs, keys, security reports, and collaborate with Security.
• Deliver warm welcomes and handle guest concerns with diplomacy.
