Job summary

LPM Restaurant & Bar in Dubai seeks a Head Sommelier to own the wine story of the beachfront destination. You curate the wine list, guide guests with warm, personalised pairings, and lead the sommelier team to deliver exceptional hospitality.

You will manage cellar stock, taste and approve every wine before service, and grow wine revenue while preserving hospitality. Formal certification and a passion for wine are essential.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years luxury hospitality, 3-5 in a senior wine role.
• Formal certification (Court of Master Sommeliers / WSET)
• Genuine, unpretentious passion for wine
• Strong list-building and cellar management
