Job summary

Woopel in Dubai is seeking an experienced and creative Head Pastry Chef to lead the luxury hotel's pastry team. You will oversee menu development, dessert innovation, and ensure exceptional quality across all pastries and desserts served.

You will manage a busy kitchen, train staff, control inventory, and uphold the highest food-safety standards. Fluency in English and strong leadership are essential to succeed in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Pastry Chef, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Culinary degree or certification preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and flavor combinations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
