Macro Group is seeking a dedicated Soft Services & Workplace Experience Manager to lead hospitality, front-of-house, and premium workplace operations across a flagship headquarters in the UAE. The role manages multiple service providers, ensures executive readiness, and delivers a world-class customer experience for C-suite visitors and staff.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing workplace experience, hospitality, or soft services in premium environments.
• Strong KPI/SLA governance and supplier management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience working with C-suite and VIP stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of workplace experience services across the headquarters environment.
• Oversee executive offices, boardrooms, meeting spaces, client-facing areas, and premium workplace environments to the highest standards.
• Manage hospitality, concierge, reception, guest relations, and front-of-house services; ensure exceptional visitor and staff experiences.
• Coordinate service delivery across hospitality partners and support vendors; oversee supplier governance and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service excellence and customer satisfaction.
