Mashreq seeks a senior leader to develop, evaluate and implement Traded and Treasury Credit Risk frameworks across geographies. You will manage end‑to‑end credit lifecycles for complex exposures including derivatives, SFTs and interbank placements, engaging Global Markets, Treasury and Coverage teams.

You will drive policy development, underwriting standards, and governance to ensure robust risk controls, effective monitoring and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

Formación

• MBA, CA, CFA, FRM, or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Finance, Banking, Financial Engineering, or Risk Management preferred.
• Minimum 15–20 years of banking experience with traded/counterparty credit risk management across Treasury and Global Markets, including leadership experience (5–7 years).
• Strong knowledge of credit risk concepts such as MTM, PFE, EAD, Basel III CCR, and related regulatory frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end‑to‑end credit lifecycle for Traded and Treasury Credit Risk exposures across geographies, including derivatives, FX, repo, SFTs, and structured funding.
• Develop and enhance counterparty credit risk policies, procedures, and underwriting standards across Treasury and Markets.
