• Someone with a strong background in managing engineering teams of up to 20 people.
• Someone who comes from a strong Backend background and still enjoys being hands on (bonus points if youve worked with Java).
• Someone that has commercial experience working within a high-growth Fintech (and / or AI) startup.
• Someone hungry to build a startup that can go through an exit in the next 5 years.
• Bonus points if youre fluent in Arabic, although this is not a requirement.

• A salary of 50k-60k AED P / M (which works out to be circa 13k-16k USD tax free every month).
• Significant equity (I know this is hugely subjective but its all we can share publicly for now).
• A hybrid working setup for you and your team.
• Full VISA sponsorship, healthcare insurance and more (for you and your family).
