Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of AV and ELV projects ensuring delivery within approved scope, budget and schedule
• Approve project plans, execution methodologies, resource strategies and control frameworks
• Own cost management, margin protection, forecasting and cash flow performance across project portfolio
• Identify and mitigate commercial and operational risks while managing variations and claims
• Optimize allocation of manpower, subcontractors and technical resources to ensure effective utilization
• Monitor procurement activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project scope
• Resolve escalated site, technical and resource challenges with senior operational direction
• Enforce quality standards, HSE compliance and authority regulations across all projects
• Act as senior client interface, managing escalations and maintaining customer satisfaction
• Monitor KPIs covering cost, schedule, quality and risk, providing accurate reporting to management
• Implement standardized project controls, digital dashboards and best practices across the portfolio
• Lead performance review meetings and support business development initiatives with operational insight
