Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Head of Service Project Management for the MEA/AP region to lead the Service Project Management organization, executing all service orders and projects across Parts, Repairs, Field Service, long-term service agreements, and major outages.

This role partners with Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Product Lines to maximize growth, manage risks, and deliver exceptional customer experience while driving profitability and cash flow performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• MBA or equivalent leadership experience is highly desirable with minimum 10 years in service operations or project management.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, operational excellence, and financial performance in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Own regional service project backlog and convert orders into revenue in line with commitments.
• Lead execution of Compression Service projects including Parts, Repairs, Field Service, and major outages.
• Drive revenue, EBIT, cash collection, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Provide governance for planning, risk, resources, and execution across the portfolio.
• Identify risks/opportunities and coordinate with multiple Siemens Energy businesses.
• Act as executive customer contact and ensure transparency and proactive communication.
• Drive a One Siemens Energy approach with single accountability for execution.
• Improve processes, governance, and performance standards region-wide.
• Support claims, variation orders, and commercial resolutions to protect interests.
• Lead, develop, and mentor a diverse MEAPCN Service Project Management team.
