Qualifikationen

• Qualified teacher with extensive hands-on teaching and management experience in education.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to set and meet challenging performance targets.
• Up-to-date knowledge of curriculum developments.
• Ability to work with a high degree of cultural sensitivity in a fast-paced international environment.
• Strong communication skills using a range of strategies and channels.

• Provide strategic direction, inspiration and guidance to Secondary teaching staff
• Develop and lead a high-performing team of teachers
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including staff development, performance management and deployment
• Contribute as a member of the Senior Leadership Team
• Deliver UK National Curriculum, IGCSE, A Levels, IB Diploma and BTEC programmes
• Encourage students to set ambitious targets and adopt innovative teaching practices
