Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across the Secondary phase ensuring high academic standards
• Lead and manage teaching staff to deliver consistent and high-quality classroom practices
• Drive student attainment through effective use of data, assessment, and intervention strategies
• Oversee curriculum planning and delivery across KS3, KS4, and Post-16 including IGCSE and A Level
• Monitor and improve assessment systems including benchmarking tools and external standards
