Job summary

FundingPips Corp is seeking a Head of Risk to lead the Risk department, owning day-to-day risk decisions and setting standards for sound judgment across the business. You will develop the department’s capabilities, identify gaps in controls, and work with other teams to implement improvements.

The role combines hands-on decision ownership with building tools, processes, and risk analytics to strengthen risk management across products.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in proprietary trading risk or a related trading risk environment.
• Experience leading a risk operation or team, establishing decision standards.
• Strong understanding of leveraged products, order execution, risk metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Risk team; set priorities and ensure coverage for time-sensitive decisions.
• Own day-to-day risk oversight including monitoring, investigations, and escalations with delegated authority.
• Set standards for evidence, documentation, and quality assurance; ensure timely, consistent decisions.
