Job summary

Apex seeks a Head of Risk Framework to design and oversee the Group's risk management framework, policy and supporting standards, tools, techniques and guidance, aligned to strategy, risk appetite and regulatory obligations. The role provides senior leadership across risk taxonomy, appetite, assessment, incident management, policy governance and the Group Risk and Control Profile.

You will work with Compliance, Legal, Internal Audit and first-line risk owners to embed the Three Lines of Defence

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in enterprise risk management in a regulated financial services environment.
• Experience designing and embedding risk management frameworks across global organisations.
• Experience leading risk technology changes and GRC platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the Group Risk Management Framework including policy and guidance.
• Support escalation and reporting to executive management and committees.
• Lead risk technology and data initiatives integrating the framework into workflows.
• Promote a strong risk culture and risk training across the organisation.
