Job summary

Farah Experiences Theme Park seeks a seasoned Maintenance Leader to oversee long-term planning, integration, and training for all rides and attractions. You will drive the Preventive Maintenance program, manage spare parts inventories, and coordinate with engineering to continuously improve operations.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in maintenance within theme parks or similar industries, with strong leadership, communication, and CMMS experience (MAXIMO).

Qualifications

• Essential: Engineering background in Electrical or Mechanical fields.
• AFO or equivalent certification for departmental role (YWW position).
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in maintenance, preferably in theme parks/amusement rides.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
• Experience with MAXIMO or similar CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Plan long-term maintenance for rides and attractions including inspections.
• Oversee integration, commissioning, and training for rides and attractions.
• Maintain Preventive Maintenance program and spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate CMMS MAXIMO usage for maintenance workflows.
• Lead recruitment, budgeting, and procurement processes.
• Ensure safety and world-class guest experience across the park.
