Job summary

AWJ is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for Smoky Beach JBR, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the Food & Beverage industry and enthusiastic about taking our brand ahead.

You will lead policy development, budgeting, recruiting, marketing and sales goals, monitor P&L, ensure compliance with health and safety rules, and drive service quality and profitability across outlets.

Qualifications

• Minimum university degree in Tourism & Hotels Management or Business Administration.
• 5–7 years overall experience in operations, preferably in multi-outlet food/retail.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation with policy decisions and ensure budget adherence.
• Monitor KPIs and drive profitability across outlets.
• Oversee audits, safety, and compliance with regulations.
• Develop annual operating plans with restaurant managers.
• Coach RM to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
