Job summary

Sundus in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Head of Relationship Management to lead the RM function, oversee engagement with minors, guardians, and beneficiaries, and establish service standards and KPIs.

The role requires 10 years' banking relationship management experience, with preference for wealth management/private banking, strong leadership and stakeholder skills, and fluency in Arabic and English. Location is Abu Dhabi, and a Bachelor's degree is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in relationship management or equivalent banking/financial services role.
• Experience in retail banking, wealth management, or private banking is preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Arabic fluency is mandatory for all four positions
• For the relationship management roles, preference should be given to candidates with experience in retail banking, wealth management, private banking, or similar client-facing financial services functions
• Lead the Relationship Management function, overseeing beneficiary and guardian relationships and ensuring high standards of service delivery
• Bring extensive experience in banking relationship management, preferably in wealth management, private banking, or client servicing, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
