Job summary

Heilbronn seeks a Chief Property Development Officer to lead comprehensive property development activities in Dubai and the UAE, overseeing land acquisition, feasibility, design, approvals, construction, sales and handover.

The role requires 15+ years in property development, a solid Dubai/UAE market track record, and strong leadership, financial, and stakeholder-management skills to drive major residential, mixed-use or luxury projects to handover.

Qualifications

15+ years’ experience in property/real estate development.
Proven track record of delivering major residential, mixed-use or luxury developments.
Strong Dubai/UAE property market experience preferred.
Strong commercial, financial and development knowledge.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.
Degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Finance or related field.
Strong leadership, negotiation and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the company’s overall property development strategy and pipeline.
Identify and assess land acquisition and development opportunities.
Oversee feasibility studies, financial viability and investment recommendations.
Lead architects, consultants, contractors and project management teams.
Oversee design, planning, authority approvals and project delivery.
Ensure projects meet approved budgets, timelines, quality and commercial targets.
Work closely with Sales & Marketing on product positioning and market strategy.
Manage key relationships with government authorities, investors, consultants and partners.
Build and lead a high-performing property development team.
Provide regular strategic and performance updates to the Chairman/CEO.
