Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of QA/QC experience in construction projects.
• Experience with high-rise residential towers and master development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee QA/QC activities across multiple large-scale residential construction projects.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems and procedures.
• Supervise quality audits, inspections, testing, and compliance activities.
• Ensure all construction work complies with international quality standards and project specifications.
• Manage and mentor QA/QC teams while promoting continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues and maintain project excellence.
• Drive quality performance and ensure best practices across all project phases.
