Job summary

ARADA is seeking a Senior QAQC Manager to lead quality across our developments in the UAE. You will implement and continually improve the quality management system, oversee design reviews, procurement safety, construction quality control and handover processes to ensure project excellence.

By coordinating with design teams, consultants and contractors, you will drive defect prevention, risk management and compliance with ISO 9001 standards, ensuring durable, safe and high‑quality outcomes for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field required.
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor qualification preferred.
Minimum ten years' QAQC experience on major construction or real estate developments.
Experience across design assurance, structural works, concrete, façades, waterproofing, finishes, building services, commissioning and handover.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a QMS aligned with ISO 9001 and project requirements.
Translate quality objectives into project quality plans, assurance programmes and acceptance criteria.
Lead QAQC personnel and manage resources across developments.
Oversee inspection plans, test plans and material submissions; ensure technical approvals.
Manage NCRs, investigations and corrective actions to close nonconformities.
Monitor commissioning, handover readiness and defect closure; ensure safety and performance.
