Lead the Future of Product Strategy with AM PM in Dubai

Join AM PM as Head of Product Category and become a key player in redefining innovation in sanitary ware.
Drive growth, shape global product strategy, and lead a high-performing team in a dynamic international environment.

Tasks
  • Analyze sales performance and product profitability.
  • Plan and manage the assortment matrix in line with brand positioning.
  • Develop briefs for design and engineering teams.
  • Launch new products and adapt existing ones for new markets.
  • Optimize assortment by removing low-performing SKUs and improving financial efficiency.
  • Drive international assortment strategy and ensure alignment of category plans.
  • Define pricing and sales strategies; manage margins.
  • Lead marketing initiatives and adjust sales targets as needed.
  • Manage supplier relations and participate in negotiations with key partners.
  • Lead, coordinate, and support team development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position (Head of Category, Head of Product, etc.).
  • Proficiency in English (B2-C1) and Russian (C1-C2).
  • Strong analytical thinking and leadership potential.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to make independent decisions and take ownership of outcomes.
  • High level of self-organization and responsibility.
