Job summary

Hostaway is seeking a hands-on Product Analytics leader to own how we measure and decide what to build. You’ll write SQL, build analyses, and mentor others while partnering with Product, Data Engineering, and CTO to shape an AI-first product with strong evidence for decisions.

You'll set the standards for measurement, ensure consistency across features, and influence investment choices that drive growth in a profitable, expanding platform for vacation rental operators.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product analytics, ideally in B2B SaaS at a scaling stage.
• Strong data foundations and the ability to design reliable data models with Data Engineering.
• Experience with SQLMesh is a plus and familiarity with AI tools in analysis.

Responsibilities

• Define product measurement standards and segmentation for active/adopting customers.
• Embed measurement plans into early product requirements and roadmaps.
• Design analytics for AI-native product scenarios where traditional metrics fall short.
• Present data-driven insights to influence investments and roadmap decisions.
• Build and own the analytics function, including tracking plans and data quality.
