Head of Digital & Process Transformation – Health Operations. The role will lead a diverse team across digital, process management, and transformation initiatives to enable the growth of Allianz Partners Health. This senior operational role focuses on execution, ensuring that digital and AI-enabled solutions are successfully implemented and embedded across Health Operations globally. The role requires strong delivery leadership, operations problem-solving, and the ability to mobilise cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business outcomes. Working in a highly international environment, the role will partner closely with Regional Heads of Operations, functional leaders, and senior stakeholders to deliver on digital transformation priorities. The incumbent will report to the AP Health, Head of Operations Transformation & Support.
