Boundless is seeking a Head of Performance Marketing to own strategy, execution, and commercial outcomes across multiple markets. You will lead a team of performance specialists and oversee paid channels to translate marketing investment into qualified clients, funded accounts and trading activity.

In this role, you will work with Marketing, Sales, Product, Data and Compliance to strengthen attribution, tracking and reporting, driving measurable growth in a regulated financial services

Formación

• Minimum 8 years in performance marketing or digital acquisition, with leadership experience.
• Experience managing budgets across multiple international markets.
• Strong knowledge of FX, CFDs, online trading or related financial services.
• Proven ability to connect marketing spend to funded accounts and trading activity.
• Deep understanding of attribution, analytics, and CRM reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead performance marketing strategy across priority markets and channels.
• Own budgets, forecasting and allocation to optimize CAC, LTV and ROI.
• Oversee search, social, display, programmatic, video, and retargeting campaigns.
• Manage acquisition funnel from engagement to registration, verification, and activation.
• Establish targets for CAC, funded accounts, payback and ROAS.
• Collaborate with Sales, Data, and Compliance to optimize campaigns and tracking.
• Lead testing, optimization of landing pages and acquisition journeys.
