Job summary

Alphorix Marketing Agency in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned performance marketer to lead paid acquisition for forex broker clients across MENA, APAC and EU. You will own KYC and FTD outcomes end-to-end.

You will manage multi-channel campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic, native), build testing roadmaps, collaborate with CRO and CRM teams on funnel improvements, and contribute to a fast-growing team with a learning budget and a clear path to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of performance marketing experience.
• Direct FX/fintech experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and attribution skills.
• Compliance-aware mindset.
