Taptap Send is seeking a systems-minded senior leader to drive People Operations as a scalable, automated system supporting a global team. You will set strategy, design infrastructure, and transform manual workflows into efficient, AI-enabled processes.

You will build a data-driven function, develop battleground dashboards, and establish governance for compensation and role design as we grow across markets.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in analytical environments or fast-growing orgs; leadership experience required.

Aufgaben

• Lead and grow the People Operations team, setting direction and raising the bar on execution.
• Own the People Operations strategy and AI-enabled transformation across payroll, compensation, and workflows to drive high automation.
• Build data infrastructure and self-serve dashboards for headcount, attrition, hiring and compensation.
• Own compensation governance, salary bands, benchmarking and leveling frameworks as the company scales.
• Partner with senior leaders across Finance, Legal, and business functions to align people data with planning.
• Define operating model and knowledge management to support rapid growth across markets.
