Career Land Center, LLC is hiring an experienced Head of Pass for an F&B company in Kuwait. The role focuses on managing the pass area, ensuring accurate, on-time dish delivery, and maintaining smooth communication between kitchen and service teams.

The candidate will uphold hygiene and service quality during busy operations. Responsibilities include supervising pass area activities, checking orders, coordinating with kitchen staff, and ensuring allergen accuracy.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Head of Pass, expeditor, senior waiter, or similar F&B service experience.
• Strong knowledge of high-volume restaurant operations and service flow.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills under pressure.
• Ability to check dietary requests, allergens, modifiers, and guest preferences.
• Experience with order tickets and kitchen-to-service coordination is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pass area during daily restaurant operations.
• Check all food orders before they are sent to guests.
• Ensure dishes are plated correctly and presented to standards.
• Monitor timing, temperature, and order accuracy.
• Coordinate with kitchen, runners, waiters, and management.
• Ensure timely delivery of food to the correct table.
