Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Reception Manager for a Food & Beverage company in Kuwait. You will lead the reception team, manage reservations and table flow, and ensure every guest receives a warm, professional experience from arrival to departure.

The role requires overseeing hosts and hostesses, maintaining high guest engagement standards, and coordinating with service, kitchen, and management teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Reception Manager or similar front‑of‑house leadership role.
• Strong background in restaurant hospitality and guest service.
• Proven ability to manage reservations, seating and VIP guests.
• Leadership and training skills for reception staff.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and manage arrivals, seating, and departures.
• Oversee hosts/hostesses; supervise staff and assign schedules.
