Job summary

Syscort Technologies in the UAE seeks a hands-on Operations professional to own and improve the day-to-day operating system across departments. You will identify bottlenecks, build processes and SOPs, implement systems, train staff, and drive execution to reduce founder dependency.

You will optimize CRM, HRMS, ERP, and other business systems, automate repetitive tasks, and establish KPIs. The role involves onboarding, governance, and ongoing process improvement with a potential path to Head of

Qualifications

5-10 years in Business Operations, Process Excellence, or similar roles.
Strong process mapping and SOP development skills.
Comfortable working across multiple departments and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Understand how Sales, Presales, Delivery, Finance, HR, Marketing and Administration operate; map as-is and design to-be processes.
Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, workflows, templates and policies; implement them.
Take ownership of operational projects; drive them to completion and resolve cross-functional issues.
Identify opportunities to automate and optimize using available systems and AI tools.
Build onboarding processes and training; establish KPIs and dashboards; conduct weekly reviews.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs, delays and founder dependency.
