Job summary

Syscort Technologies seeks a seasoned consultant to translate client problems into practical automation and AI solutions. You will lead discovery sessions, map current and future processes, and define clear requirements for technical teams.

The role focuses on business analysis, solution consulting, and driving automation initiatives across UAE and beyond. A strong client-facing mindset and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

4-8 years in Business Analysis, Solution Consulting, Digital Transformation, Automation or Technology Consulting.
Strong client-facing and analytical skills.
Excellent process mapping and documentation ability.

Responsibilities

Conduct discovery meetings and workshops to understand objectives and stakeholders.
Document AS-IS processes and design TO-BE processes; identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
Define business rules, approvals, exceptions and dependencies.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, use cases, user stories and acceptance criteria; map data requirements and workflows.
Design solutions using workflow automation, APIs, AI/LLMs, RAG, chatbots and voice AI; understand API/webhook integration and data mapping.
Coordinate scope and effort estimation; prepare SOWs and solution documentation.
Define UAT scenarios, test cases and acceptance criteria; manage UAT and handover to development teams.
