Afrina Beauty & Hena Center in Dubai is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily functions across flagship and multi-location dessert outlets, ensuring product quality, food safety, and exceptional customer service.

You will lead retail, kitchen, and counter teams, monitor inventory and supply chain, analyze sales trends, and drive improvements to maximize efficiency and profitability while maintaining a vibrant, team-focused work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Proficiency in inventory tracking and supply chain coordination.
• Exceptional leadership and team-motivation abilities.
• Familiarity with local retail KPIs and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive approach to challenges.
• 3–5 years of management experience in retail, food & beverage, bakery, or confectionery operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflows across flagship and multi-location dessert outlets, including high-traffic areas like Dubai Mall.
• Ensure high standards for product display, daily taste, presentation, and food safety, including HACCP compliance.
• Supervise, train, and schedule retail, kitchen, and counter teams to meet customer service and sales targets.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory rotation, and coordinate with central kitchens or external vendors for efficient supply chain management.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and optimize store performance.
• Foster a positive work environment by motivating staff and encouraging professional development.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
