Job summary

Confidential's cake shop network in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Operations Director to manage daily shop and branch operations, ensuring smooth service and consistent guest experiences.

You will lead, train and evaluate branch managers and staff, control inventory, purchasing, waste and costs with kitchen partners and suppliers, uphold food safety, hygiene and quality, and respond to customer feedback with clear reporting to management.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in food and beverage, including managing several outlets.
• Experience in cake shops, bakery or confectionery is preferred.
• Strong leadership, sales and budget / cost control skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE food safety rules; UAE experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
