The role requires deep knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulatory requirements, with 10–15 years of operations leadership in real estate or construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in operations management within real estate development or construction.
• Proven experience managing large-scale residential or mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership & Strategy: lead and oversee all operational functions across development, construction, and handover phases.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with business goals.
• Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement across departments.
• Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of real estate development projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards.
• Coordinate with project management, engineering, design, and procurement teams.
• Establish SOPs for core operational activities and identify improvements.
• Monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics across projects.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and marketing to ensure alignment.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants, authorities, and external partners; secure approvals and compliance.
• Oversee budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation; review cash flows.
• Support senior management in financial planning and operational forecasting.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies; ensure governance and audits.
