About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Head of Operations to oversee end-to-end operational functions across real estate development projects. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring project delivery excellence, managing cross-functional teams, and aligning day-to-day operations with business objectives and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership & Strategy:
    • Lead and oversee all operational functions across development, construction, and handover phases.
    • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with business goals.
    • Drive operational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement across departments.
  • Project & Development Oversight:
    • Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of real estate development projects.
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards.
    • Coordinate closely with project management, engineering, design, and procurement teams.
  • Process Management & Optimization:
    • Establish and enforce standard operating procedures for core operational activities.
    • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements and cost optimization initiatives.
    • Monitor operational KPIs and performance metrics across projects.
  • Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Coordination:
    • Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operational alignment.
    • Act as a key liaison with contractors, consultants, authorities, and external partners.
    • Ensure timely approvals, permits, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Financial & Resource Management:
    • Oversee operational budgets, cost controls, and resource allocation.
    • Review project cash flows, operational expenditures, and efficiency metrics.
    • Support senior management in financial planning and operational forecasting.
  • Risk & Compliance:
    • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual, safety, and quality standards.
    • Support audits, reporting, and governance requirements.
  • Team Leadership & Performance Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop operations and project teams.
