Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years experience in the Oil and Gas Industry, preferably in Surface D&C equipment.
• At minimum 3 years of Lead or Supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Manages the whole LOF base engineering team and ensures the quantitative and qualitative adjustment of engineering resources according to project and/or operational needs.
• Defines staffing and skill levels per project requirements and maintains team competency through training.
• Ensures compliance with engineering design and manufacturing standards, procedures, and quality targets.
• Monitors team performance with KPIs and aligns with regional engineering centers.
