Qualifications

• Experience in overseas Wealth Management/Private Banking environment.
• Proven track record in driving sales and building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and lead a team of Relationship Managers / Senior Relationship Managers.
• Plan and drive self and team sales targets using Wealth Management products.
• Acquire and grow NRI client relationships and AUM.
• Maintain client relationships and generate AUM from NRI clients.
• Keep updated on investment opportunities and market trends for client portfolios.
• Ensure compliance in financial planning, asset allocation and product sales; manage delinquencies.
• Recruit, train and onboard new team members; manage attrition.
• Organize seminars, workshops and other business development activities.
