We are looking for a high-calibre, mission-driven marketing leader to serve as our Head of Marketing. The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will serve as the lead marketing executive. You will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications, and public relations in line with our objectives. You’ll thrive in uncertainty, move fast without losing quality, and see AI not just as a tool, but as a creative collaborator.

Responsibilities

• Participate in company-wide strategy planning to ensure marketing fuels growth.
• Lead and evolve ReAlign’s brand identity, ensuring it is distinctive, mission-aligned, and instantly recognisable.
• Develop PR and thought leadership strategies to secure coverage in wellness / tech outlets and amplify founder-led storytelling.
• Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable impact.
• Build and optimise funnels, lead magnets, landing pages, and acquisition flows in Webflow.
• Harness AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, MidJourney, Runway, etc.) to create content and streamline workflows.
• Oversee automation systems for lead nurturing, content distribution, and reporting.
• Measure marketing program effectiveness and key KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Organize and lead team / contractor efforts, vendor relationships, and marketing spend.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing.
• 8–15 years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in startups, wellness tech, AI, or consumer apps.
• Proven track record of taking a brand from pre-product-market fit to traction and scale.
• Experience with both B2C and personal brand–driven growth strategies.
• Skilled at leading agile teams and networks of freelancers / AI agents.
• Content & AI : ChatGPT, Claude, Runway, OpusClip, ElevenLabs
• CRM & Email : Beehiiv, ConvertKit
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong multitasking, leadership, and project management skills.
