Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Head of M&A for a flexible, remote engagement. You will own client pitch books and board materials end-to-end, shaping AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in investment banking at Director level or above, with expert PowerPoint craftsmanship and outstanding written communication. This role offers 5–20 hours per week, ASAP start, and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in investment banking, at Director level or above
• Track record of owning pitch books and board materials for live mandates
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Own client materials end to end to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows
• Oversee pitch narratives and structure, board presentation drafting, and fairness opinion materials
• Ensure quality control of analyst-produced decks for live mandates
