Job summary

NADIA Recruitment & Management Consultants in Dubai is seeking a Head of Contracting to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of landscaping and construction projects. You will manage client and consultant relationships and lead the contracting team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and at least 15 years of UAE experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 15 years of UAE landscaping/construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE regulations and construction operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination and execution of contracting projects.
• Manage client and consultant relationships and lead the contracting team.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Oversee site activities, resource coordination and project delivery alignment with goals.
• Coordinate with Contracts/Commercial Manager for seamless operations.
• Report progress, risks, and delays to senior management.
