Job summary

Perfect Technical and Landscaping LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual activities for landscaping and swimming pool construction projects.

You will review, prepare and administer contracts and subcontracts, monitor terms, manage variations, claims and EOT, and coordinate with project teams, finance, procurement and legal to ensure compliance.

A UAE-driven background with knowledge of FIDIC and UAE contracting procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years UAE experience in contracts management within landscaping, construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Strong experience in contract administration, claims, variations, and commercial management.
• Good knowledge of UAE construction contracts and project procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage all contractual activities for landscaping pool construction and related projects.
• Review, prepare and administer contracts, subcontracts, and commercial documents.
• Monitor contract terms, obligations, risks, variations, and compliance requirements.
• Prepare and manage variation orders, claims, extensions of time (EOT).
• Coordinate with Project Managers, QS, Finance, Procurement and legal teams on contract matters.
• Support cost control, payment certifications and final account settlements.
• Maintain accurate contract records, reports and documentation.
• Identify contractual risks and provide recommendations to management.
