Ethos seeks heads of L&D to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks; design onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, and curricula; and refine AI-generated content across core workflows.

Qualifications

• 4+ years designing corporate training, onboarding, or L&D programs with direct ownership of facilitator guides and curriculum outlines
• Skilled at building engagement tracking spreadsheets and skills assessment rubrics
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows
• Create onboarding playbooks, facilitator guides, and curriculum outlines
• Develop and track engagement metrics and rubrics for learning programs
