The role requires hands-on leadership, vendor management, and a proactive mindset to prevent downtime and accelerate automation across Dubai and Abu Dhabi sites.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT leadership in manufacturing, heavy industry, or fast-paced logistics.
• Experience integrating IT with production via ERP, IoT, automation, and analytics.
• Hands-on cloud experience (Azure/AWS) and knowledge of modern networking.
• Proven ability to lead cloud migration, ERP optimization, and site connectivity across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT transformation across Dubai and Abu Dhabi sites, aligning tech with business goals.
• Drive cloud-first strategy, ERP optimization, and real-time manufacturing decision support.
• Oversee integration of IT with shop-floor operations, data analytics, and automation.
• Manage a lean IT team and governance with vendors to deliver scalable blueprints.
